There is a non-refundable Application Fee of $50 per roommate & $75 for married couples. Champions Forest LLC uses MySmartMove for applicant screening which treats all applicants objectively. Your information is compared to the credit performance of other applicants with similar profiles which predicts how likely it is that you will fulfill your lease obligations. Your application will be accepted, declined or accepted on the condition that an additional security deposit is paid

Champions Forest LLC communities conducts background checks on any applicant over the age of 18 & reserves the right to reject the application of any individual whose tenancy would constitute a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals or whose tenancy would result in substantial physical damage to the property of others. Falsification of any information provided on the application will automatically deny your right to residency.

We welcome most pets (AKC approved breeds) with maximum of two pets per home. Weight must not exceed 40lbs each. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250.00 per pet is required. $10 per month in pet rent is also collected per pet. Please contact property for more details and pricing.
