Maintenance Requests

If you have a maintenance emergency during non-business hours, please call the Business Office, 24-hours a day, to notify the on-call maintenance technician. Emergency Maintenance calls include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Power Failure
2. Flood
3. Water Leaks (any un-contained water leak)
4. A broken window
5. Lock Out
6. No Heat
7. No Water
8. Backed up commode, if you are in a one bedroom apartment.
9. Clogged kitchen sink, if water is prevented from draining.
10. Refrigerator not working.
11. Anything that may cause damage to you or the property.
